This summer has been very dry and very hot. One would think it was unbearable to be outside in the heat. While that may be true we have found that with the proper shading, water misters and well designed landscaping such as vines and our magical Castor Bean plants we are able to enjoy the constant breeze that flows through our lush desert habitat.

This Monsoon season has turned out to be our longest season in recorded history. Lots of strong thunderstorms, electrifying skys and rain, rain, rain....

We are amazed at the beauty of our desert. the monsoon skys continue to excite us with awe inspiring, amazing splendor.
